Other Studies - Immune System
In vivo studies by Chagnaud and by Gatta failed to show any
effect of RFR on immune function, while an in vitro study by
Dabrowski showed some effects. Further research is needed.
Tuschl (2006) found no alterations in immune markers in cells
exposed to RFR. Nasta (2006)
examined B-cell peripheral cells and antibody production in
mice and discovered no abnormalities. Capri (2006) noted a slight
downregulation in CD95 expression in CD4+ lymphocytes exposed
to RFR intermittently for 44 hours at 1800 MHz and SAR of 2
W/kg.
